Integra Ru LLC together with NPP KOR LLC is the developer of a number of technologies using innovative oscillating ultrasonic systems for various sectors of the economy, including mining, chemical, waste management.

Ultrasonic intensification results in reduced reagent consumption, increased leaching rates, and increased recovery of metals, including gold, rare earth metals, and uranium.

Uniqueness of the proposed technology

Optimized Performance: Advanced Sonication System to maximize the efficiency of noble metal leaching. Unlike traditional sonication systems, the developed system uses a unique wideband oscillating system that is unparalleled in the world, which implements a nonlinear cavitation mode with combined frequencies — with harmonics and subharmonics, which allows you to significantly increase the efficiency of chemical processes, as well as reduces the time of the process to achieve optimal results.

Integra Ru LLC has the experience and team to analyze chemical and technological processes, develop and manufacture equipment for these processes to intensify the recovery of gold and rare earth metals simultaneously with the leaching process in the presence of various chemical reagents.

Implementation stages:

      1 Stage of laboratory and pilot testing of the technology

     A) Analysis of the feasibility and preliminary assessment of the effectiveness of the technology

  • Study of the production process: in-depth analysis of the Client’s existing technological processes. Study of the possibility of using this technology at the Customer’s enterprise, including the visit of Integra Ru LLC specialists to the Customer’s site and laboratory tests of the technology on the Contractor’s mobile unit.
  • Development and manufacture of a pilot plant: based on the results of previous work, a pilot plant with effective performance is manufactured and delivered to the Customer’s enterprise. Tests are carried out.
  • Conceptual design: Based on the results of pilot tests, the development of a structural diagram and design of an industrial ultrasonic system, including control and measuring instruments, is carried out.

    B) Economic assessment: Assessment of economic feasibility and return on investment.

      2 Stage of manufacture, installation and commissioning

     A) Factory Test Stage

  • Assembly and factory acceptance testing: Delivery of the ultrasonic system to the production site. Equipment assembly and performance testing in the factory.
  • Certification: Certification tests for electrical safety, electromagnetic compatibility and noise levels.

      B) Commissioning

  • Advisory support: On-site advice on assembly, installation, connection and commissioning.
